braden, great job on the progress, nice work. in the above pic, my concern is the fitting and fuel line with the truck sitting low u could possibly hit or hook onto something and break the fitting off. also, i noticed a fuel tank bracket is missing.

yup, I havent ever had that bracket, wasnt on there when I got it and it wasnt on the truck I got the tank from.  I was going to use some all thread with some nuts on it to secure it. I agree on the fitting it does sit a tad low, however this is the lowest spot on the tank. If you look at it in relationship to the crossmember right in front of it or the lower shock mounts its still relatively up out of the way. If you walk to the front of the truck and look below, you can see there are many things quite lower than the fitting. Your right though it is in a vulnerable position, and im not 100% comfortable with having it there. I guess you gotta give some to get some lol, we will see how it works out.

well I almost finished the wiring, everything important is wired up I just have to pretty up some things. I was actually testing the can am box today, I went and got some fuel to see if my fuel system was leak free and so i didnt overheat the pump if it kicked on while i was testing.  I turned the key switch on and the fuel pump circuit didnt turn on, then I relized you have to turn it to the start position to get it to kick on. well lets just say, I TURNED IT TO START AND THAT SOB FIRED UP!!!!!!LOL  i HAD ALREADY PRIMED THE OIL SYSTEM SO NO BIGGIE THERE BUT DANG IT DIDNT CRANK OVER 1 TURN BEFORE IT FIRED UP!!!  no coolant or charge piping so i quickly shut it off. I plugged the vacumm ports and hit the key again and ran it for about 5 seconds.   Im so close its not even funny!!!!!   gotta get some more money for the rest of my parts!!!!!!!

Looks really good man, glad to see you finally broke down and bought some brackets!  No hard feelings hopefully?  Looks like you've really stepped up this build, loving it so far!
