well here it is guys, i'll let the pics do the talking. before i go forward i just wanna say i hope i don't offend anybody with my description of this vehicle. that said, here we go: when i 1st saw her i knew she had an attitude. i mean, just look at that face. the truck wasn't running but i thought i heard her growling at me! she'll start only when she feels like it.  the neighbors think i'm crazy and their kids say it looks like frankenstien's bride.

obviously, her previous owner really abused her 'caused she sounded pissed when she did start.

this is not her good side.....

.....and standing farther doesn't make her look any better.....

she still looks mean with the hood open

got banged in the rear just as bad as the front

i still haven't decided which direction i'm headed so i'm leaving it up to u guys. lowered, lifted, old school, new skool, hotrod, chopped, fontana-style, etc. let's hear it!

another datsunstein monster i see. you have a lot of work ahead of you but good to see another Datto getting saved.  a little rust and a few dents dont intimidate you. that is a good thing but hey  Censored will buff right out

thanks guys. wheels were rough too when i got them so i just do what i do best: smooth'em out. the doors, fenders, hood and some other stuff went to a friend's house for a little metal work then back to mines for bodywork before it's installed. it's starting to come out smooth too

project report: installed the parts from the boneyard onto datsunstein after some bodywork. fenders didn't fit flush, i think they're aftermarket. any tips, rusty? some unknown mirrors and my old oem bedcover got installed too.

oh yeah, pics.....

wheels and bodyparts on

mirrors and bedcover on. drivers door still needs massaging

grille and new headlights

bumper and valance finally straight

call me crazy but this is my afterwork therapy de-stresser whether it's 30 minutes or a few hours before sundown. if nobody's home but me i'll pull her in the garage and i'll pound, drill, grind, sand, bang and smooth away till 10 pm or when someone comes home, whichever comes first. LOL
