Hi All,
Just joined this group, but not new to Datsun's.  Here are a couple pictures of my L320.  Its a 48,000 original mile pickup with original paint.  Love to drive and play with my Datsun!  I've owned many different Datsun's over the years and this one for about 15 years.  I'll probably never sell it. LOL

Thanks for looking.............. Dale - L320

Well I didn't have any of the engine compartment handy, so I just took these a few minutes ago for ya. Wink

The flash changes the color just a tad, but you get the idea.  Also, noone give me crap about the bungy cord on my battery.  Its only been like that for 15 years,Embarrassed  I have to make a battery hold down one of these days Embarrassed

Hi Rusty,
I restored my 320 about 15 years ago, so its pretty much an "older" restoration now.  I was able to save the original paint pretty well, but to do so I have to live with a few bumps and scratchs from the past 45 years.  I guess I like it better that way than re-painting it.  As they say, you can always re-paint it, but its only original once!

It was a super low mileage truck, but sat in a back yard not running for years.  I didn't have a digital camera back then, so these pictures arn't very good, just scans of photos.  I just scanned these tonight, so they have never been seen on the net ..ha ha. LOL.  1st time right here!! LOL

This is what it looked like when I towed it home.  Ughhh.....

Thanks for asking............., Dale - L320

Late bloomer to this thread being a newbie just today...but hey, that's one jawdroppin' 320! I can just smell that new car aroma. I'm kinda sorta thinking a pre 67.5 Fairlady as my next Datty acquisition in a year or so, but if a '60 or '61 truck or a nice 320 through '65 comes along, or a sport truck...I'd be just as happy really anyway. Unbelieveable the engine compartmemnt looks so showroom fresh...no goop in the corners or flaking paint. Glad the hood was closed when it was dormant all that time...

Thanks  mellotronG!  Gotta love the old trucks, yea a sport truck would be cool too.  I had a chance to buy a nice one many years ago and turned it down.  Dang it, would like to have it now too..

Actually I'm looking for S30 Z-car right now.

Welcome to the group.

Hey All,
I haven't posted in a long time, but still check in here once in a while.  So I just wanted to drop and note and let ya-all know I'm still around!

I still have the L320 and my other Datsuns as well.  Got all three of them out this weekend and spent some time with them.  They're all running great!  To much fun driving all three in one day, they all drive so different! Big smile
