Hey all!

I've been lurking for awhile, and figured it was time I joined!

Lucielle is my 74 620, I got her from a guy who seemed to enjoy the idea of working on her, but no the labor part. Brakes were gone, carb was a mess, he mentioned major problems with the electrical, engine possibly being locked up,etc etc.

But, it came with the original wheels and tires in the bed (I'm pretty sure these are the original tires, they have NO markings on them anywhere), as well as the "moon" hubcaps.

Adjusted and bled the brakes (something went horribly wrong when he had it, the brake fluid was like...well...tar), flushed EVERY fluid out of her, left the battery on the trickle charger for a few days, ended up putting on a weber after a week of tinkering with the original carb, put a table spoon of oil through each spark plug hole and she started right up!

Currently cleaning up a set of mitsubishi montero OEM enkei wheels and tires I got in a trade so I can have some regular tires (Snow tires are on the current steelies).

PO decided to ROLL PAINT over the oem paint job for some reason....I'm torn on trying to rub through it with gasoline or try to wetsand through it...

The interior is a mess, seat is completely worn to the springs on the drivers side, I'm trying to figure out a solution to recover it that won't cost me as much as the truck.

Bringing her home:

Running, driving and stopping:

Two days after I got lucielle.....pretty wife forgot that she was sitting in the driveway....and backed into her :( I'm going to remove the chrome bumper and see if I can "massage" it out

Yes, the fender was smashed before I got her :(

Anyway, I love this truck, and am hoping to get through this rolled on paint, get the interior sorted (at least figure out a solution for the bench seat), lower it a bit and enjoy it!
