my newest mods for the bimmer. headlights and tail lights. ZKW OE projectors and aftermarket corners and red/clear tails. makes the car look so much better.

Well my trusty old B3 passat decided to sh*t the bed again. blew the oil cooler seals AGAIN. this makes the 4th time in 3 years that have had to reseal it. this pisses me off! at leats my wifes Rabbit is running again. still needs a good tune and to header wrap the starter but that's nothing big.

Oh and our trusty Jeep suprised me on Sunday. was able to pull my 85 Caprice WAGON parts car out of our field. its a muddy, rutted mess and that car is 2 tons of dead weight. even with a froze up rear diff. not bad for 270,000+ miles on the original untouched drivetrain.

well i found out it was NOT the seals on the oil cooler in the passat, but the cooler itsself. not a happy camper about that as i dont have a spare cooler to throw in. damnit this blows. i need the car just in case i blow up the Bimmer. i could alwasy take the wifes jeep, but its got its own fun issues, like the hinge pins for the drivers door are SHOT.

now i am really fkn pissed off. transmission died in the rabbit last night. reverse is DONE. who knows when i'll get my spare trans installed in it, if i can even get over to my buddys place to grab it. so that means my wife gets to drive the Bimmer while i enjoy my 620. which i found out today, the tabs expire..... TODAY. at least its a $400+ savings on the insurance with the truck instead of the bunny.
