wassup braden , well i work currently for napas paint center here on oahu we mix martin senour which is the same as sherwin williams and recnetly ive been mixing ppg , and yea i too have gone to paint training center ( martin senour/ sherwin williams ) in reno and yea you're right ....did'nt really learn anything much , ive also picked up most of my knowledge on my own . ive been with napas paint center for about 12 years , ive never worked in a bodyshop at all, so grasping what i know was just doing like you said practicing ... ooh  and it helps to have a few trusting friends that want you to paint their cars when you're just starting to  learn how to paint and bodywork ..... you could imagine my friends cars when i was just starting out ....hahahahahaWink
