It looks like you are going to be using front disc brakes, what year and type?
I made my own throttle cable setup, I used a hangglider pulley that I drilled to accept the stock 521 cable and I then connected it to the 510 twist end that was cut to fit the pulley.
I then used the two screws on the carb side of the manifold to hold the throttle cable mount bracket that I also made out of a 90 degree bracket I had that I twisted to my need.

Just the beebani bracket setup. I found a bolt from mcmastercar that i was able to grind donw to except a carb cable linkage.

Its from a late 90s Lexus ls400.  However I decided to go with 05 and newer nissan mirror
