I went to an All Japanese Classic Car Show on Sunday held in North Vancouver BC. There was 220 vehicle registered and I brought my truck and took first place in my class.

Your truck is very nice & straight. With all the hard work you did on it you deserve 1st place. Congratulations!
Also, thanks for posting a lot of pics of the show

Thanks for the nice comments! I took my truck out for it's first real long trip (five hours) down to Washington State to visit a friend and everything ran good! All the hard work has been worth it.

Very interesting, the truck looks very nice.
Looks to have about a 10 inch extension, never seen a 520 kingcab other than mine before.
What frame/chassis is your truck on, 620 kingcab frame, extended 520 frame?
This is where mine is at right now, actually I am putting it back together now, but have no photos at the moment, too busy putting it back together.

I just found your build thread and read it again, I seen that I posted to the thread but I forgot I posted to it and you posted finished photos that I never seen, it sucks getting old.

Thanks for the comments about the truck! It's nice to see another 520. It looks like you have most of the hard work done. You seem to have a great collection of Datsun's.

It's a nice truck you have, you did a good job.
I have been working on the 520 ute for several years now, I am ready for it to be done so I can move on.
Yes I have a few Datsuns, that is why I am TMD, it stands for "Too Many Datsuns" LOL
So what are you working on now, or do you have the Datsun sickness under control?

Hi there, I have been watching your progress, your worse than me when it comes to changing your mind, my 521 kingcab diesel was on two frames not counting the original 521 frame, and the 520 was on 3 different frames counting the original modified 520 frame(lengthened) with a J15 engine in it, you cannot seem to finish your current upgrade before you think of a better upgrade.
I am happy that you have not given up. Smile
