Hey all you 320 fans looking for some expert advise and tech help

So here all the questions (drum roll please)

- Where can I find new synchro for a 320 transmission? Specifically 2nd gear.

- Can I use the gears and synchros from my extra 4-on-the-tree to swap out and replace my 4-on-the-floor gears as the second gear snychro is going bad. Besides the obvious differences the two four speeds pretty much the same, ie same dimensions, use the same rear mounts, clutch disc, pressure plate, same bolt pattern etc...

- Where can I obtain new transmission mounts or rear engine mount for the 320 transmission?

- Does anyone know of any shops that can rebuild a transmission mount?

thanks in advance. oh, and buying another little 320 is not a viable answer. I'm going broke buy shoes!

I have a '64, Bamboo Tan, 320 arriving next week so will post some pictures of its arrival. This one cost two pair of high heels and a pair of sandals for the beach!

Try eBay. I have seen a few there recently while searching for motor mounts.
Please post pics of the high heel truck when you get it.
Good luck.

Thanks there OZ320, I'll keep looking. I know I have ordered a few of the front motor mount from an eBay'er in Singapore, but never seen the rear triangle ones.

thanks
will post pics later tonight.

No worries at all LT.
I also bought the front motor mount from Singapore, but the metal in it is really thin and I suspect the mount will not last long.
I have just bought a second hand pair that are in good condition.
Just in case!
Still love to see those pics...

2_for_1.pdf

pdf of the two '65s. One early production and one end of the line.

Will take a few pics of the front and rear motor mounts, pdf'em and post'em.

Working on my '64 today and will post a picture of a mystery generator - it's like twice the size of the original.

Take Care,
